CaValue Interactive AVM
What it is
CaValue Interactive AVM is an extension of CaValue AVM with two major components. It allows the user to review and modify the subject property information such as living area, number of bed rooms and bath rooms, year built and land area. In addition the user has the capability to select from all comparables that are used within the AVM models. These can be chosen by transaction date range, transaction type and geography such as distance or neighborhood, as well as specific property characteristics.
Additional Features
CaValue Interactive AVM has the capability to do Retro AVM valuations.
Data Delivery
CaValue Interactive AVM reports are available through the CaValue AVM website, XML delivery or batch requests.
