About this product
This interactive product is intended for use when a market value is needed, but the use case does not require an appraisal. The steps required to produce the evaluation include subject identification, market identification and comparable selection. Adjustments to the comparables are optional and can be driven by the user or by leveraging an Automated Valuation Model.
The report does not include an appraiser certification and therefore is not intended to be used as an appraisal or to support USPAP compliance.
