About this product
Risk Profiler is used to determine the probable valuation risk of a BPO, appraisal or hybrid valuation. It can quickly “score” the report, and identify/flag potential issues regarding estimates of value and the supporting data provided by vendors to determine that estimate.
Risk Profiler brings valuation science to the verification/validation of the report. It enhances and supplements current and retro reconciliation efforts – it does not replace them.
